1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of SMS text messaging communications provided by Vision Financial Services ("VFS," "we," "us," or "our") in connection with our websites capitalfordeals.com and vfsloans.com.

By opting in to receive SMS messages from Vision Financial Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not provide consent to receive text messages from us.

2. SMS Communications — Scope & Purpose

Vision Financial Services operates an Application-to-Person (A2P) SMS messaging program exclusively for customer support purposes. Our SMS communications are limited to the following:

  • Confirming receipt of your deal submission or inquiry
  • Appointment reminders and scheduling confirmations related to your loan review or strategy session
  • Follow-up messages regarding the status of your financing inquiry
  • Responses to questions or support requests you have submitted to us
  • Time-sensitive updates directly related to your active loan file or consultation
Important: VFS does not use its SMS program to send promotional marketing campaigns, mass broadcasts, or unsolicited advertising messages. All SMS communications are transactional and customer support-related only.

3. Consent to Receive SMS Messages

By submitting your phone number through any of our web forms, contact forms, or calendar booking tools, and by checking the opt-in consent box where provided, you expressly consent to receive SMS text messages from Vision Financial Services at the mobile number you provided.

Consent is not a condition of purchase. You are not required to opt in to SMS communications in order to receive loan brokerage services from Vision Financial Services. Your consent to receive SMS messages is entirely voluntary.

Message frequency will vary based on the stage of your inquiry and the support actions required. You may receive between 1–5 messages per interaction cycle.

4. How to Opt In and Opt Out

✓ Opt In

Submit your phone number via any VFS form and indicate your consent to receive SMS messages by checking the provided opt-in checkbox.

✕ Opt Out

Reply STOP to any SMS message at any time to immediately unsubscribe from all future SMS communications from VFS.

You may also opt out by emailing us at [email protected] and requesting removal from our SMS list. We will process your opt-out request within 24 hours. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message acknowledging your unsubscribe request.

To receive help at any time, reply HELP to any SMS message. We will respond with support contact information.

5. Message & Data Rates

Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Vision Financial Services does not charge any additional fees for SMS communications. Please contact your wireless provider for details on your messaging plan.

6. Privacy & Data Use

Your mobile number and SMS opt-in consent are collected and stored solely for the purpose of delivering customer support communications described in these Terms. We do not use your phone number for any other purpose without your separate, explicit consent.

Non-Sharing Clause: No mobile information, including your phone number and SMS opt-in consent, will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support of service delivery (such as our CRM provider, Go High Level) is permitted solely to facilitate the customer support communications described herein. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties for any purpose outside of service delivery.

7. A2P Messaging Compliance

Vision Financial Services operates this SMS program in compliance with applicable telecommunications regulations, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), CTIA Messaging Principles and Best Practices, and carrier A2P 10DLC registration requirements. Our messaging is registered under an approved A2P campaign for customer care and account notifications.

We do not engage in message spoofing, phishing, or any deceptive messaging practices. All messages sent under this program originate from Vision Financial Services and will identify us as the sender.

8. Supported Carriers

SMS messaging is supported by major U.S. wireless carriers including, but not limited to, AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and US Cellular. Carrier support may vary. Vision Financial Services is not liable for delays or failures in SMS delivery caused by carrier network issues.

9. Modifications to These Terms

Vision Financial Services reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be reflected by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of our SMS communications after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
